About us
Recruitment specialists for temporary and permanent work.
Staff go out from the Birmingham, Coventry and Leicester branches — the offices that sit in the middle of the region — to clients across the East and West Midlands.
365 People is an independent local agency, founded in 2020. The recruiters know this area, and that local experience is what businesses and candidates get: a service they can rely on.
The commitment is to source, supply and place temporary and permanent workers into the full range of industrial and logistics roles. The standard is a capable person who has been prepared to work with your own team and add to the business, not someone sent in unready.
The track record is already there. From the network of offices, workforce cover can be arranged in a way that stays flexible and keeps the cost sensible.
If you want a recruitment partner that specialises in industrial and transport work, talk to us. You can reach the team on any day of the year.

Where the offices are
Three branches take walk-ins during opening hours. Four more work by appointment so the visit is with someone who can actually help.
