Privacy notice
For 365people.org. This notice explains the website and the enquiries sent through it.
Who we are
365 People runs this site at 365people.org. Questions about your information can be sent to [email protected] or raised at the branch you registered with.
What we collect
Contact and registration forms ask for your name, email, phone number, preferred branch, and the details you choose to add about work, availability or a hiring need. If you apply for a listed role, the role title is stored with that form.
A separate visit to a branch may involve identity documents and right-to-work checks. Those are handled at the office and are not uploaded on this website.
Why we use it
Enquiry details are used to reply to you and, where you are a candidate, to consider you for work. Employer enquiries are used to discuss a staffing need. We rely on the steps you asked us to take, and on legitimate interests in running a recruitment desk. Right-to-work checks, when they happen in branch, are a legal duty.
How long it is kept
Messages are kept while a conversation is active and for a short period afterwards so the branch can pick the thread up. If you ask us to delete an online enquiry and we are not required to keep it, we will remove it.
Cookies
This site stores a single preference in your browser when you dismiss the cookie note. It does not set advertising or analytics cookies. The form also uses a session cookie so the submission can be checked as genuine.
Your choices
You can ask for a copy of the enquiry data we hold, ask for a correction, or object to how it is used. Write to the email above. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office if you think your information has been handled badly.
