A note for employers before we visit site
We would rather spend an hour on your site than guess the job from a job title. Shift noise, PPE, the real start time and who the new starter reports to all change who we should send.
Before a visit, it helps to know the contract type you actually want — a week of cover, a peak that lasts a month, or a permanent hire — and the rate or salary band you can stand behind.
If the role needs a licence or ticket, say which one and whether you will accept a short assessment on site. “Driver” is not specific enough. Class 1, Class 2, reach or counterbalance are.
Visits can be early, late or outside a normal office day. Book a time when someone who knows the job is there, not only a time that suits a diary.
